This information is required to help coaching and sports science staff to monitor a player's fitness. Only the coaching staff directly responsible for a player's training and fitness will have access to that player's information. Should the FA require this data, it will only be provided to them if the player has given consent via the checkbox in their user profile.
For players, email addresses will be used to send reminders to update their fitness records. For coaches, email addresses will be used for sending weekly coach reports. Your email address may also be used to periodically inform you of other information relating to the system. It will not be used for any other purpose.
We are committed to ensuring that information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable procedures to safeguard and secure all the data we collect.
